Title: Replacement of the Main Control Panel, Upgrade the Electrical installation, Pneumatic System and developing new Alley Bradley PLC & Touch screen programme for Dairy Product Production Line

Content: Dairy Product Production Line is one of the most important production line in Nestle. The system is including E&M System, Pneumatic Control, Programming and Quality Control to produce the Dairy Product such as Milk, Yogurt and Ice Cream.

In order to provide the precise movements of the machine, we dedicate a lot in the testing & Commissioning. On the order hand, we also minimize the usage of hardware but to optimize the effectiveness by our knowledge and experience.

From Design, Site Survey and Material Purchase to Installation, Test & Commissioning and WR1. We provide a comprehensive service to satisfy the needs of the client.

Eventually, the cost would be decreased and enhance the productivity.
