Title: Pneumatic air supply system modification works

Content: In order to meet the requirement of customer on productivity of machine, WYE engineer involves the design, supply, system simulation, test and commissioning of the new pneumatic system with additional flow control and alarm monitoring for the existing inspection machine.

The Works includes

• Redesign and calculate the air pipe size for the new pneumatic system.
• Replace the existing pneumatic equipment including air pipe, regulator, control box, sensor & solenoids valves.
• Modify the existing control circuit.
• Conduct Test & commissioning according to the customer requirement

Customer requirement:

1. Inflate time: Decrease from 7mins to 3 mins

2. Deflate time: Decrease from 3mins to 2 mins

3. Speed up the loading and unloading tire from the machine for the workers
