IOT Sample

WYE developed a configurable IoT dashboard interface that brings live sensor data, equipment controls, trend analysis and alerts into one operational view. The demonstration shows how plant information can be adapted for different sites while remaining clear for operators and managers.

The sample includes the following functions.

• Live equipment status, sensor readings and remote control panels.
• Historical data and trend charts for operational review.
• AI-assisted analysis and recommendations based on collected data.
• Warning records and follow-up task tracking.
• 2D and 3D digital-twin views for a more intuitive understanding of equipment and process conditions.

The result is a practical reference design for connected-facility monitoring, presenting complex field data through an accessible web interface.
