Transportation Station
A portable pneumatic training station that separates stacked workpieces and sends them to stamping, inspection or processing.
Function
A double-acting cylinder separates workpieces stacked in a magazine and pushes them out one at a time, either to the workbench for stamping or to a conveyor for inspection and processing.
System composition
- 250 × 350 mm one-piece aluminium base with four anti-slip feet
- Control panel with Start, Stop, Reset and Manual/Auto inputs plus four status outputs
- Magazine, double-acting cylinder, dual-solenoid valve and magnetic switch
- Single-acting stamping cylinder, solenoid valve and workbench
- UK2.5 terminal blocks for wiring practice
- Cable duct, DIN rail and a 400 × 300 × 350 mm stackable storage case
